Ivonne was very informative and asked good questions to understand the problem. She checked the schedule and to my relief they were able to send someone out that same day. Liam arrived on time and was very polite. He asked questions and inspected the problem area inside and inspected the roof. He quickly found the issue and fixed it - also that same day!!! Contractors are busy and sometimes communication can be difficult and scheduling hard. I am thankful Old Fort is responsive, available, and willing to take on “small” jobs. Thursday, 3/28/24 Old Fort Roofing just completed placing a new roof on my house--I had damage from previous water/snow. I cannot say enough good things about this company--they are awesome!! The company promised to do what they said they would do and then more--from owner to roofing crew, everyone gave 110 percent. Efficient, organized, professional and worked extremely hard--a 14 hour day.
